To dispute, you call, they send you a form, you fill out the form. That form must be filled out within 30 days. If the form is not filled out in 30 days, the universal commercial code applies based on the way that Commenity treats the issue. Basically, you have to call them to get them to give you a copy of the dispute form to submit in writing. I filled it all out and sent them a full accounting of each auction along with screen shots of not received items.
I received a letter from them stating that the merchant refused to release any information and were unable to settle the dispute.
I sent you a PM with my chase contact info. If you did not get it ask IBEE for my contact info. I hope the information helps and be persistent. When the merchant refuses they need to go to their bank. Just keep pushing the issue
