Successful Disputes Resolved

In order to keep success stories all together, please post here when you have successfully resolved your chargeback disputes against Beezid. Hopefully this will also give hope to others that are having a slow go of it.

Please include your financial institution, the steps they required and the time frame it took to fully resolve your case.

What a great idea! How about a partial success? At the risk of boring everyone to tears I will try to be as brief as possible. Prior to the stand by status of Beezid I filed chargeback. I told my bank that I was disputing everything from Dec 2015 forward, as that would get me near the value of my account. I explained to them I had written Beezid and had not received any repliies about my concerns from Beezid that I was addressing, which among other things included the financial stability of the site and the lack of shipments. My credit card company,Wells Fargo Bank for Visa took immediate action and filed chargeback on everything without hesitation. I would say within 2 days I saw temporary credits on all of them reflected in my credit card balance. I received emails on each individual charge back. The emails said that the merchant Bank had 45 days to respond to my dispute or the temporary becomes permanent. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-14 days ago I started getting second attempt emails. I called my bank and they told me that that meant the merchant bank had disputed my disputes (without any reason ). This is when your bank rep earns their pay check. They now have to fight for you and mine did.
After I initiated chargeback from Dec to present which I did over the phone, I followed up with I'm guessing over 50 emails. I sent them copies of all my unshipped orders, bids, copies of emails, site jabber complaints, anything and everything I could get my hands on to support my claim that Beezid was not only cheating me but that they were an unscrupulous organization. My bank when it was time to dispute the second time around did not even bother contacting me - they already had all of the ammunition they needed.
My success lies in that as of this time three of my chargebacks have successfully become permanent credits. I still have a long way to go but I was very encouraged when those three credits became permanent. Why?? Because they happened very quickly after the second dispute was filed. The merchant bank must have seen all of the evidence my bank provided and they didn't even go the full 30 days to fight the credit - whoever made the decision did so quickly and I am very optimistic that the rest of the temporaries will become permanent. I was careful to chargeback for a little less than the value of my account so that there could be no denying of my claim or any possible suggestion that I was trying to get something for nothing.
That's all - not total success - but heading that way!!!!

I got a $50 credit from PayPal just recently, that's the extent of my recovery so far. That's because I made that purchase in August to make sure I had activity in 90 days...so my account didn't close... bwaahaaahaaa.

So far, there is about $5000 from PayPal that is permanent. I have recieved another $43,000 in temporary credits from my card issuers. I only sent documentation up front to the largest issuer for $21000 or so in charges. My plan is to send the same package out to any other issuer that tries to challenge. The value of my account was about $59000 in total. However, I am content to get a full refund since they only shipped me 3 junk items and not the 147 valuable other items that I won. On a side note, Beezid emailed me to lower my price on an item in their store today. Apparently, 92% off wasn't enticing enough to get any of you to buy it..lol

that is funny - oh if there were only a way to pay for that item - but banks won't work with them right?  of course if we could buy from the store it  would be the equivalent of making a donation to Beezid certainly not really purchasing anything as we know their suppliers were not paid and therefore of course weren't shipping us our wins.   When  you really sit down and think about it - it is so horrible!   Towards the end - they were selling these huge bid packages -  we were spending money and they were taking that money and not paying their vendors with it - it is so obvious they were stealing - the vendors weren't paid in some cases for months - I wonder who the landlord is of the physical location where they were located - I would be interested to know if they paid their rent- I wonder if there is any bill that they paid towards the end -Well the wall finally came tumbling down - I guess that is why Max had to file for corporate status in the UK - he burned his bridges in the U S and Canada.  I am guessing a credit report is not run world wide - if it was he would have no where to go- hmmm 
I am re-reading my little rant I just made -   if we could find out who their landlord was possibly they might want to sue Beezid and we could hop on that train - something to think about if some of the other law firms dont work out

I also had successful chargebacks with PayPal, too. Basically, after 10 days of no response from Beezid, the cases were automatically closed in my favor. I have pending chargebacks with AMEX and CapitalOne.

My main bank wants more info. They want more info and is where my the most of my beezid money came from. I told them that before I started back, I took screen shots of everything that I could think of. Every item not received, all of my items left in their store, my wallet, my account summary, everything that I could think of. That should be enough. My federal credit union bank, I met with my personal banker on Friday, on Monday, they had made two $2,000 deposits back into my account along with two $20 international fees. I'll double check with my credit union because the two other $1,000 charges may have either been too far back Mar/April or they may just have missed them but it doesn't hurt to ask. PayPal credit says they have till Oct 30 to respond.I'll keep you posted. :-) .Got enough on my mind right now. Ibee and ping, thanks for trying to keep my updated while I try to deal with this "C" stuff.

ibee, under the terms and conditions at the bottom of their page, Wilmington, DE is mentioned for their store and Beezid Auctions a different street address but Wilmington, DE also.

The store and the site were divided into two separate entities. In the United States most companies register their corporations in Delaware for tax reasons. I believe that someone mentioned the Delaware addresss is a mail box store and not actually an address of the physical location of the store. I could be remembering wrong
